We provide thorough, multidisciplinary evaluations that help families and schools understand each child’s unique strengths and challenges, guiding the path toward meaningful support.
Guiding parents through the school system, we turn evaluation results into meaningful plans for student success.
In addition to therapy and evaluation services, we also offer consultation support and services.
Each patient has their own needs, which require unique measures to best evaluate them and to help make recommendations for their success. Navigating insurance coverage for psychological evaluations can feel overwhelming, so we’ve created a helpful resource to guide you through the process. Our Guidance and Questions for Prospective Patients Contacting Their Insurance Companies About Reimbursement for Psychological Evaluations provides step-by-step questions to ask your insurance provider and tips to better understand potential reimbursement options.
In January 2022, the Senate passed the No Surprises Act, a law that requires healthcare providers to give patients a clear estimate of expected charges when services are not billed through insurance.
At Dimensions Psychology, we are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not contract with or bill insurance companies directly.
Because of this, we make it a priority to talk openly with prospective clients about our fees before scheduling, and we ensure cost information is shared multiple times and easy to access at any point. We believe in full transparency.
As a client, you are entitled to request a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated total cost of services prior to your appointment. If you ever have questions about fees or would like additional details, please contact us directly or visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
